GENERAL
We deliver cars at Faro International Airport and throughout the Algarve and in Islantilla and Cartaya, Spain.
Minimum rental period is 3 days.
We accept single way reservations. Surcharge for single way - 100 Euros
Minimum drivers age is 23
Renter must have a drivers license valid in Portugal and held for more than 1 years. Please ensure to have all necessary documents available for prove. Rental agreement, drivers licence and passport have to be kept all the time with the driver during driving the vehicle


DEPOSIT
A valid credit card number is required for security reasons (can be in a different name than the main driver!). If not possessing a valid credit card, a cash security deposit has to be left which is fully returnable, when car is returned damage and loss free - Cheques cannot be accepted

PLEASE NOTICE THAT WITHOUT VALID CREDIT CARD OR CASH DEPOSIT NO VEHICLE CAN BE DELIVERED.

We do not need your credit card details over the internet and you do not need to pay any upfront deposit to guarantee your reservation.


RESERVATION
To make a reservation we must have full details of your flight number, flight time and departure airport.
When completing the reservation form, please please check your email address once again as without, we cannot proceed with your reservation
Reservations must be done not less than 48 hours in advance of your arrival in Portugal to guarantee a confirmation of your booking - if less than 48 hours, please call us to check if it is possible. Mobile: 00351 969523636.
At the airport a friendly staff member of the company will wait you at the arrival gate bearing a signal with your name on it. Please look for this signal. He will complete your rental agreement at the arrivals and the full rental amount has to be paid upon signing the agreement.
Roof racks are only available for car groups: A, B, C, D.

PRICE INFORMATION
One rental day is equal 24 hours - Each fraction of a day is considered as an additional day - we tolerant up to 2 hours difference.
Prices quoted on this web page are our best rates and further discount cannot be granted.
Rates for 3 days are 50 % of the weekly rates.
Rates more than 3 and less than 7 days are based on the 3 day pro-rata.
Rates more than 7 days are based on the 7 day pro-rata.
Rentals which extend across two months are charged at the appropriate price for the days in each month. They are not charged at the rate for the cheapest or most expensive month for the whole of the hire.
Full payment is required upon signing the rental agreement at the airport. The payment can be done with a valid credit card (Visa/Master/Eurocard, Diners Club or American Express), travellers cheques or in cash (also foreign currencies) - foreign cheques cannot be accepted
All quoted rates include free mileage, break down insurance in Portugal, unlimited public liability, Collision Damage Waiver with non-waivable excess (excess amount depend on the received car group) and VAT 17%.


INSURANCE
In addition to compulsory third party insurance, collision damage waiver (CDW) and theft cover are provided.
Personal accident insurance is not included. Insurance cover is subject to an excess and your maximum liability is indicated below. (in brackets the price for optional excess waiver)

Group A / B / C / D / G - 450 Euros (7 Euros / day)
Group E - 1.000 Euros (9 Euros / day)
Group F - 1.250 Euros (9 Euros / day)
